4: Learning to Write
A few weeks after I was diagnosed with stroke, I tried to write down a phone number shown in a TV commercial, but I couldn't. Even the number zero, I couldn't write it down. Then I requested a book and a pen for me to train my handwriting and signature. It took around 4 months, and I had to come to the bank and signing a document.
My signature was declared OK by the bank, and considered same as the specimen they kept.
Here's the footage:
3: Learning to Walk
“If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” ― Martin Luther King Jr.
----
It's a strong, good and motivating quote by Martin Luther King Jr. When I was healthy and then stroke hit me in June 2918, I have experienced most of all, including running, walking and crawling. I had to learn walking and running again. Here's my story to learn how to walk again:

2: Wheel Chair & Walker
from the first,I returned from hospital I was not paralyzed, my muscles were relatively ok. I underlined the word 'relatively'.

My balance was the main problem. I could not stand and walk because of
the balance problem. My wife bought wheel chair and walker for me. I used the wheel chair in my first month of my stroke and it was used for more than one month, especially if we needed to be quick or rush and so on.
A friend of mine gave me a tip, "if your muscles are no problem, push that wheel chair... you are not supposed to be pushed on that wheel chair!". 2 or 3 hours later,
I pushed my wheel chair. Since then I pushed wheel chair rather than to be pushed on that wheel chair unless we needed to be quick or rush.
My wheel chair was heavy and not easy to bring anywhere. My wife gave me a walker, which was much lighter than a wheel chair. It was not convenient for me, but much better than a wheel chair.

I am a father of 1 son and a husband.
I got an ischemic stroke in June, 2018 when we were travelling to Muntilan, a small town in Central Java Province, Indonesia. at the age of 48.
I got a common vertigo when I was about to jog and I had to cancel it. I had planned to see a doctor and conducting a CT-Scan or MRI to check what was with the vertigo and what was in my head. But the story was different.
One month later, we were travelling to Muntillan, a small town in Central Java Province in Indoneia. I got my heavy vertigo there and vomiting after a lunch, and my head was very heavy and couldn't control my walks and steps. I called it heavy vertigo. I was brought to a hospital nearby, but I refused to be hospitalized there.

At the second day at the hospital. my condition started to go down. I couldn't do phone, and I had to hold hospital's infuse stick to walk to the bathroom. I remember the doctor's first sentence, "you are so lucky!"
My story was published by two stroke instagram communities in the US:
