My customer's office is located in the 2nd floor of a building with many stairs with no lift facility. I used that situation for my stairs exercise. This is the first day I didn't hold on the safety hand rails, and climbed the stairs near it, so if something bad happens, I can hold on the hand rails. Let's join the tour.
*Warning: this is my experience sharing. Don't try it without self measuring or consultation with your doctor. It's a dangerous training, extremely people having poor balance.
I could not bow during the first months of my stroke. Then I found this bowing video training of Nolan's which I copied and adapted around 1 month. Now I can pick up a ballpoint on the floor. Thanks Nolan!
Note: I don't have the footage of this training, so I reconstructed it

Warning: it's a risky of falling training, extremely for the persons with poor balance; please consult first with your doctor before doing this training.
I don't know the cause, last night I got a right hand injury. at that time I did't do dumbbell or kettle bell exercise, but my right hand was injured without knowing the cause, around 21.00 o clock. So I did dumbbell with empty hand like in this video with empty hands. Usually I do dumbbell like in this picture daily. I could't do phone, open the door, etc. due to the injury. I had to visit a customer this morning (July 30, 2018), but it's a tough way to get to their office. It should be easy for a normal person, but it's so tough for a stroke survivor like me. Let's join the tour!
A few weeks after I was diagnosed with stroke, I tried to write down a phone number shown in a TV commercial, but I couldn't. Even the number zero, I couldn't write it down. Then I requested a book and a pen for me to train my handwriting and signature. It took around 4 months, and I had to come to the bank and signing a document.
My signature was declared OK by the bank, and considered same as the specimen they kept.

It's a strong, good and motivating quote by Martin Luther King Jr. When I was healthy and then stroke hit me in June 2918, I have experienced most of all, including running, walking and crawling. I had to learn walking and running again. Here's my story to learn how to walk again:
